Director of Agronomy — 36 Holes

About the role

Pebble Dunes is seeking a Director of Agronomy to lead maintenance across our 36-hole championship property and practice facility. You’ll own agronomic strategy, budgeting, and a team of 24 across two courses, reporting directly to the General Manager.

This is a marquee role at one of the region’s most-played daily-fee resorts, with a newly renovated maintenance facility and a fleet replacement completed last season.

What you’ll do

• Direct all agronomic programs — fertility, IPM, irrigation, and cultural practices
• Manage a $2.4M maintenance budget and capital equipment planning
• Lead, schedule, and develop a 24-person grounds team
• Partner with golf operations on tournament and daily setup

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years as a Superintendent or Director, 36-hole experience preferred
• Degree in Turfgrass Management or Agronomy
• GCSAA Class A member; pesticide applicator’s license
